NATHAN WESTON

DESIGNER

Design is about solving problems.

It’s what I do, and my stuff works.

I’ve designed everything from physical control systems for the energy industry to big data analysis tools to campaigns for soft drinks. Most of my work is under NDA, and I’ve worked for and with a bewildering array of companies. A few that may be familiar to you are Pepsico, Verizon, Sabre, and Citi.

Some highlights:

I did all the UX and UI for a Mountain Dew site where 47% of the site visitors voted. The average conversion rate across industries is 2.35%, the top 25% of sites: 5.31%, the top 10%: 11.45% and up. 47% is so good it's unheard of.

I redesigned the entirety of a big data marketing system for Verizon, making it easier to use and quintupling the capabilities without compromising existing functionality.

I took a long-standing credit card transaction analysis system and redesigned it for mobile, an effort so successful we ended up redesigning the entire product line and starting several more.

I led the design and UX of Pepsi and Mountain Dew's national e-mail newsletter, creating ads for their partners as well. The e-mails were so successful that the number of ads per newsletter doubled, and my agency won 5 new campaigns.
